Dotson had 13 receptions for 203 yards while playing in eight games for the Penn State Nittany Lions in 2018. He started four of those games. He started each of his 13 games as a sophomore in 2019 and finished with 27 receptions for 488 yards and five touchdowns. As a junior in 2020, Dotson rose to the top receiving position at Penn State. Dotson has eight catches for 144 yards and three touchdowns over the Ohio State Buckeyes. Dotson’s performance against Michigan State made him the third member of the Big Ten since 2000 to score on a punt return and rack up 100 receiving yards.
